Being a safe online shop, eastcartug is mostly interested in creating a long-lasting trusted relationship with our customers.

eastcartug accepts returns on damaged and wrong items within 3 working days. A working day includes all weekdays from Monday to Friday excluding Saturday and Sunday.

Returns for other reasons shall be accepted within seven working days. Such reasons may include wrong sizes.

eastcartug will offer a refund or a replacement as a compensation method basing on what the customer may prefer.


All return requests should be made directly from the buyer's account.

All products should be returned in the same condition as received with no visual signs of use. They should be returned in the original packaging along with all accessories.

The buyer shall bear all the shipping costs for the return with the exception of the cases where the buyer received a wrong or damaged product.

Visit“My Account” > “My Purchases” > “Purchases History“. Click on “Ask for Refund”.

The customer service agent will ask you a few questions about your return request and then advise you on the next steps

Make sure to confirm the refund or replacement in “My Account” > “My Purchases” > “Pending Transactions“ once you receive your compensation. Click on “confirm refund”.

Returns Tips for Buyers

Do not accept packages that are damaged, ripped, opened or in bad condition upon delivery. You can always refuse delivery without paying the delivery fees

If the product is broken or does not match the product description/pictures on the website, contact EastCartUg as soon as possible
